While the company has grown from its foundation in building systems management to sales and leasing, property management has been and still continues to be our specialty.  Gerard Ragone Real Estate prides itself in the daily operations of residential and commercial properties alike, currently managing over 300 units in over a dozen buildings.  Our staff is always enthusiastic to manage additional properties.

Our existing management portfolio includes multi-family residential, commercial, and industrial buildings, and many of these are over 100 years of age. We are especially interested and experienced in the repair, renovation, and restoration of historic buildings.
